Understanding your concern. As per your query your wife has problem of delayed menstruation. Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like stress , anorexia , hormonal changes , polycystic ovary symptom , birth control pills , chronic diseases such as diabetes , overactive or underactive thyroid gland . I would suggest you to consult gynecologist for proper checkup . Doctor may order blood test , ultrasound and test for T3 and T4 along with physical examination and take history . Doctor may give hormonal therapy along with other treatment . For now eat balance diet , do light exercises like yoga and keep yourself hydrated .
Hope your concern has been resolved.
