What Causes Delayed Menstruation?

hello, till now my periods r regular but this month it still not came its been 5 days to periods date.. i dnt have any physical relationship or nothing.. is it normal or not? nxt month i have my own wedding so can u plz tell me medicines to get clear out of it.. thank u

Hello,
I have gone through your query and understand your concerns.

Other than pregnancy there are many causes which causes delayed period and the first one among all is stress if you are into stress recently it will make your period delayed. Some other causes are sudden climate change, thyroid abnormalities and polycystic ovarian disease. I dont think all other will suit your history as you are having this problem only for the first time.
If you were my patient I will suggest you to take tablet.Premoult N 10mg once daily for 5 days at the same time daily and on the 6th day mostly you will have periods and it is not advisable to take if there is a chance of pregnancy.
