I am 26 years and i have query regarding pregnancy.

I am trying to conceive from last 6 months but failed due to high prolactin serum problem which i came to know in Oct last year after consulting a doctor.

I was under medication .My periods date is 7th of every month but this month i have no periods till now but my pregnancy kit says negative.I want to know when is it possible to know accurate result or could there be other reasons for missed periods?
