What Causes Delayed Period And Brown Vaginal Spotting After Taking Morning-after Pill?
I had unprotected sex almost 2 weeks ago and then took the morning after pill about 30 hours later. My period was due the following week but I never got it and I have been having brown spotting discharge for the past 2-3 days. What could this be from? Should I get a pregnancy test?

The use of emergency contraception can alter the timing and intensity of the periods so it is possible that it is responsible for the delayed bleeding but pregnancy should still be ruled out.
Since you were sexually active 2 weeks ago, the test would be able to give you a definitive answer .
