What Causes Delayed Period And Brown Vaginal Spotting While HPT Is Negative?
I m 18 days late for my period but instead of my period i had light brown discharge when i wiped for 2 /3 days. I took 4 pregnancy tests all at different times and they all came out negative. I am supposed to be ovulating right now but some dark brown heavy discharge showed up out of nowhere. I have no idea what this could be, any ideas?

in my opinion you should consult a gynaecologist for clinical examination , paps smear and a battery of tests like blood and urine test or an ultrasound if need be
