What Causes Delayed Periods Along With Abdominal Bloating?

Hello, Dr. My age is 21 year. My last period date 5 th march , till now no sign of period. And pregnency test result shows negative every time. I feel some bloating in my lower abdomen. I notice today that my breasts starting stimulate but now it is more littile. Am i pregenent or not , if i am pregnant than i don t want to continue pregenency , so what should i do for this!

anxiety , stress , physical exertion related, other pathology as fever or
others as ovarian cyst / PCOS etc .
