General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Please get pregnancy excluded by blood HCG test. If that too is negative, your irregular periods are due to hormonal imbalance. It needs to be investigated by hormonal assessments. (for thyroid, ovarian or pituitary glands) Please consult a gynecologist for physical examination, investigations & specific advise.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Vasudha Jayant Athavale, General & Family Physician
