I m 21 years old I haven t had a period in 35 days I have done two urine pregnancy test by doctor confirmed negative followed by a negative blood test I have been waking up at night with bad pains on the right lower side of my stomach an sweating hot an cold I do not have an appendix also I always feel bloated , frequent urge to urinate pelvic pain

The symptoms you are experiencing might be caused by an infection and having a gynecological visit with cervical samples taken for chlamydia and gonorrhea is of help.
During the examination the doctor will have information (even before the results of the tests come out) and he might prescribe antibiotics for you and for your partner if he finds signs of pelvic inflammatory disease.
