What Causes Delayed Periods While On Daphne Contraceptive Pills?

I take daphne contraceptive pills, and i wonder that i have not got my menstruation until this day even though i have already stop taking the tablet since last January 31, 2015. i have done several pregnancy kit test and the result is still negative. what could be the possible reason for it. is it okey if i take another stab of other contraceptive pills?

Pregnancy tests can normally detect pregnancy by day 11 to 14 after conception.

If the tests were done in this time period then they are accurate and you are not pregnant, if they were done before this time, then it would be best to repeat one after a few days.

If the test is truly negative then you can use the contraceptive pills.

The other causes of delayed period are: (1)emotional stress or illness
(2)thyroid disease
(3)physical illness
(4)high levels of the hormone prolactin
(5)inadequate diet
(6)polycystic ovarian syndrome
