What Causes Delayed Periods While On Previfem Contraceptive Pills?

hi im on the pill previfem I been on it for a few months now and I been having regular periods but this month I have not came on and I only have two inactive pills left and this month I was was not taking them at the same time every day but the first couple of months I took them at the same time everyday. Could I be pregnant?

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern...

Yes you might be pregnant. Contraceptive pills like Previfem act by preventing ovulation (release of egg). So release of egg donot take place when you are regularly taking theses pills. These pills should be taken once daily at about same time for 21 days & then inactive pills can be taken.
If you skip one pill or take them at different times of the day. There are chances that release of egg might take place & this can result in pregnancy.

So to confirm, Do a urine pregnancy test with a first urine sample in the morning.
