Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advise.

Generally we consider the diagnosis of amenorrhea if the periods don't come for 3 months and after that period we start having tests to try and find out the reason why a patient is not having the periods. I would say that it is wise to just wait another month, very likely your periods will come back soon. If your periods don't come back soon that tests should be done:
- repeat urinary pregnancy tests (to confirm you are not pregnant)
- FSH and estradion to rule out menopause
- LH and blood androgen levels to rule out polycystic ovary disease

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Kind regards,
Antoneta Zotaj, MD
