What Causes Delayed Periods With Creamy Vaginal Discharge?

Hi I am 10 days late for my period I took a test Thursday which was negative I had all the normal stomach cramps but no show on my period I now have cramps in my right side and I ve been having lots of creamy discharge since I should have had my period ?
