General & Family Physician, Dr. Deepika's Response
We all go through mood changes. If you feel lonely depressed or worthless.... I would suggest few things 1. Join a gym or do some sort of exercise such as walking or yoga..... These help release the good hormones in our bodies 2. Do not be idle..... Keep yourself busy.... In anything or any activity you like. 3. Do not have coffee or tea after 7 in the evening 4. Go out and meet your friends And family 5. Do something to make other people happy These things will help you feel better and happy. Keep doing them. Incase you still feel the same.... After few weeks... You could see a Psychiatrist. Regards
