What Causes Developmental Delay In A Child?

My son is of 2.4 yrs. Still now he can't sit, talk and his behaviour is also like a 1 yar child. I heve taken him to Sir Gangaram Hospital New Delhi. Many tests like Brain MRI, EMG/NCV, Blood Tests for Thyroid, Calcium, Iron, Chromosom etc has been done. But all the results are normal. i have consulted with many Dr.s, but every one saying about the Development Delay. Can give me some suggestion. If you requir I can send u all the reports by doing scan. Pls Dr. help me out. Its a beg from a helpless father.

I can understand your concerns.
In my opinion you should see a developmental paediatrician and get his developmental level assessed. You need to start the developmental therapy for him accordingly. He will definitely improve with the neurodevelopmental therapy.
