Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response
Hello,

Diarrhea, abdominal pain, exhaustion and weight loss need to be investigated. I suggest you to consult a gastroenterologist for clinical assessment and relevant investigations. Complete blood counts and colonoscopy needs to be done to look for status of colon. Management will depend on the findings.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shailja Puri, Pathologist and Microbiologist
