What Causes Diarrhea After Eating Food, Stomach Cramps And Fever?
I hope you can. I ve had diarrhea for several days and I m not sure what point I should consider calling my doctor. It started Saturday morning, so today is day 3. Whenever I eat something I usually have stomach cramping and diarrhea within 30 minutes or so. I m not running a fever and otherwise feel fine.

Usually this is a viral gastroenteritis that runs its course in less than a week.
If it continues beyond that point you should see a doctor and get a stool culture to see if it's a bacterial problem requiring a course of antibiotics
