What Causes Diarrhea Along With Fever And Lower Backache?
I m 53, female, generally healthy and have had diarrhea for 4 days now, fever comes on late afternoon/early evening and runs between 99.0 - 101.9, gone in the morning after a big sweat during the night. Late in the day I am getting very tired, lower back hurts as well. None of this is normal for me.

The symptoms are those of a viral gastroenteritis.
You can use prebiotics such enterogermina to establish the intestinal flora. Also, you can use Simethicone or Loperamide for diarrhea.
The hot flashes may be are results of menopause. You can wear cotton loose clothes to keep cooler. Also can use phytoestrogens like soya beans to substitute the low estrogen levels.
