What Causes Diarrhea And Lower Back Pain While Treating Left-sided Ovarian Tumor?

I have an ovarian tumor on my left ovary, my right is ok. I have no history of cancer or in my family, and my blood test C125 came back at a 3. I am 53, do I need to have both ovaries removed? will it possibly resolve itself? I have loose bowels, low back pain and sometimes it is cramping, but not all the time

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, without knowing the nature of tumor it can not be removed as long as the advised is concern whether to remove the ovaries or not requires complete detail with clinical examination and findings, imaging studies without this nothing can be said for surgery, your gynecologist would be the last judge better to discus this with gynecologist hope this information helps.
