What Causes Diarrhea And Pain Around Operation Scar?
had an epigastric hernia operation and now suffer with constant diarrhea and severe pain around scar, had no problems with my bowels before operation but have had pain around hernia for some time before operation. had the hernia for 37 years before it was repaired. they inserted a mesh aswell. had endoscopy surgery and they located an infection in my bowel, can you tell me what has caused this. my specialist says it could have been caused by scarring around the hernia. can you help

Dear operations scars sometimes they may develop in to keloid formation lead to pain, nerve tissue trap in scar tissue lead to neuroma and Pain.
Neuropathic pain medication and capsaicin cream may be useful.PRF treatment for scar and nerve tissue maybe useful.
