What Causes Diarrhea And Rapid Heart Beat After Consuming Alcohol?

I have regular white finger and toes and am sensitive to cold, my skins is very pale with a 'tartan' look. I have had loose stools for months now and recently started to experience twinges in my heart which can be when I am at rest. If I have an alcoholic drink I get drunk very easily and have dreadful diarrhoea and a very rapid heart beat. Is there anything that could link all of these symptoms?
