What Causes Diarrhea And Stomach Pain?
I am a 21 year old girl, & for the past 3 days my stomach has been hurting almost unbearably. It s below the rib cage, but not on a certain side. More like all the way across.. I ve thrown up, and had diarrhea, and was almost positive it was the stomach virus. But I haven t thrown up anymore, and the pain has only gotten worse. What could this be?

Unbearable pain in abdomen for three days along with vomiting and diarrhea should be investigated for knowing whether this is viral or bacterial infection:
I would advise you the following in such a case:
Tests of stool for a few days can tell whether there is an intestinal bacterial infection or not and if present then a course of an antibiotic active against intestinal infection can give you a relief.
Assisted by blood and other tests can help further.
Take plenty of oral fluids along with electrolyte solution to maintain the proper hydration.
Take probiotics, bananas and yogurt or curds.
Activated charcoal tablets too help/
Use boiled and cooled water to drink.
Eat only home-made fresh foods.
Review with your Doctor till you are cured.
you may also need symptomatic and supportive treatment with a PPI like Pantoprazole and domperidone if there is gastritis and vomiting.
