What Causes Diarrhea, Bloating, Flatulence And Blood In Stool?

I have had diarrhoea for about 7 weeks now and seen my doctor twice. The symtoms are bloating, urgent need to have bowel movements, flatulence, blood in stools and blood with just flatulence. I am experimenting with cutting out wheat and this seems to be helping. However, it is the flatulence with blood which is worrying me most. Should I just be patient and wait for test results? (I have also been tested for liver and kidney function, inflammation and e Coli infection. All results have come back as normal.)

As you mentioned you have problem of abdominal bloting problem, diarrhoea and blood in stool that may be because of ulcerative colitis or diverticular disease or intestinal problems or peptic ulcer or other reasons...

Consult a gastroenterologist for further diagnosis.
Special investigation like colonoscopy examination is helpful for further diagnosis.
Start a treatment as per reason behind it..
