What Causes Diarrhea, Blurred Vision And Memory Issues?

Hi these are my symptoms, I was diagnosed 3 yes ago with FM but now my doctor isn t convinced this is FM and she s referred me to a spinal consultant, but I would like an oder of what this could be I have got a over active thyroid which is monitored and controlled. Headaches/sharp stabbing pains that can last hours Pain in neck, arm,elbow back hips, legs and feet. Numbness/ pins and needles in hands and feet. Morning stiffness Tired all the time/unable to sleep Constipation/diarrhoea Problems weeing wanting to go all the time don t feel like I m emptying bladder Itching Memory problems Walk into things Can t grip things a lot of the time Ears itch Eyes problems focusing blurred vision Concentration Forgetting things Unable to stand for a period of time/ get dizzy/ light headed Indigestion Mood changes feeling extremely hot all the time Glands feel swollen Cysts around ground area

The constellation of symptoms as blurred vision, memory issues, diarrhea and others suggest possible immune related disorder or central nervous system pathology with secondary manifestations. A basic evaluation with a neurologist is a must to follow certain basic parameters evaluation as blood tests, MRI brain and others for the final diagnosis and work up in this regard.
