I had diarreah all last week...now this week im having trouble having bowel movements. I have these sharp pains in my stomach and I try having a bowel movement and nothin it ends up just being gas... I have also had really bad headaches and have been feeling very tired. can stress be causing all this?
Stool examination test is helpful for further diagnosis. Complete blood cell count is helpful for further information. Anti-diarrhea drugs are helpful in this condition. If infection is present then start proper antibiotics under doctor's suggestion.
