43 years of age with menopause on HRT and got heavy periods along with motion sickness in a car travel, diarrhea and all altogether causes to much fatigue.
Dizziness and tiredness must be secondary to the problems that you faced. It is good that you took electrolyte solution, bed rest but it is always best to consult a Doctor as clinical evaluation and examination are very important part of management.
It also allows viewing the reports, getting the reports of blood, urine and stooling along with other investigations as would be suggested after clinical examination. This allows proper diagnosis and thus gives a plan of proper management which can be a combination of many medicines. Continue taking rest.
You are already stressed out due to Nephew's diagnosis of Hodgkin's Lymphoma and will have to take care of him too. Your profession acting is also a very hectic and you have to cope with it.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
