What Causes Different Eye Size Despite A Normal CT Scan?

During my 2nd trimester my right eye appeared smaller than the other. After I gave birth it went away a little. Now sometimes it looks Normal sometimes it looks small. I've had an MRI done nothing remarkable shown. My CT scan of my chest showed en enlarged thymus gland. However I don't have any symptoms of myasthenia gravis. And my blood work came back normal. I gained about 30-40 pounds of water weight but my blood pressure always stayed between 117 and 130. Any suggestions on what I can do or who to see to get this fixed. My daughter is now 14 months old. Still no changes.

Hello madam,
thank you for your query. So i went through your question in depth and if you were my patient I will assure you, that you are perfectly alright.During pregnancy a large number of changes do occur. Most of them are reversible but a few may remain.Your bloodworks and scans are normal except for an enlarged thymus. You defenitely donot have Myasthenia Gravis or any assiciated autoimmune disorders. You havent said about any other ophthalmological symptoms. If you donot have vision problems, eye dryness, congestion, i suggest you need not worry. If you are only worried about the cosmetilogical part i suggest you see an ophthalmologist. Also you need to have your thymus monitored if you get symptoms like shortness of breath, persistent cough, swelling of the face, engorged veins on your face, weight loss, decresed appetite etc.
Be happy you are alright, see an ophthalmologist if the eye size is bothering you.
Thank you
