What Causes Difficulty In Breathing Along With Chest And Back Pain?

My 66 y.o. female friend is experiencing difficulty catching her breath, dull intermittent pain in upper middle chest & back, has had cough for few weeks, thinks it s dystonia. I m am concerned re her as she has no medical insurance so scared to go to ER.

I really appreciate your concern, allergic disorder need to be ruled out first and if this so then anti-histamine can be given and best would be Tab Loratadine 10 mg three times in day if this is the asthma then bronco dilator can be used in inhaler form hope this information helps.
