What Causes Difficulty In Conceiving And Excessive Weight Gain?

Hi I got married 4 years ago and now I have a 2 years 6 months baby and now trying for second baby but not conceiving. Also I got abortion 1 year 4 months back. After that I have never conceived again. I met a doctor and she did a pelvic scan and said everything is normal. She suggested me the Consevel tablet for 1 month and still I am not conceive. Also I am gaining weight from past one month. Could you please advise.

After reading your post, I would advise that you should get yourself clinically examined and investigated by your Gynaecologist.
A complete Thyroid profile may be helpful in planning further medical management.
