What Causes Difficulty In Sleeping After Being Under General Anesthesia During A Procedure?
Hi, I had general anesthesia a few weeks ago and now I cannot sleep at night. I have been up every night since this has happened to me. I was under twilight sleep during eye surgery and began to have an asthma attack so they had to put me completely under. I woke up three hours later.

I suspect you have been given a steroid containing medication for asthma which could be causing sleep disturbance.
If that is not the case, do you think you are using excess coffee or tea or caffeine containing bevarages?
