What Causes Difficulty In Swallowing And Ringing In Ears?

Hi,sometimes in 2013 I experienced 2 major changes in my upper body.firstly,I started experiencing problems swallowing food,water or even saliva whenever my neck is twisted to the left or right.I went for an X-Ray where a white substance was poured into my mouth through my throat.it was later discovered my esophagus has shrank.Another is constant ringing in my Ear and Head.Sometimes it causes me severe pains and irritation in my head.what could be the causes of this Doctor?

I rally appreciate your concern initially or provisionally this could be labeled as GERD (Gastroesophageal reflux disease ) and can be treated accordingly unless some thing could come our during the investigation your ear problem may different one and this could be different may be due to otitis again this need to be confirmed and for this clinical examination is must, have a nice day.
