What Causes Dilated Pupils, Fuzzy Vision And Low BP While On Insulin?

Hi, I recently was diag with diabetes. I am on insulin right now, gradually increasing my dose till I stabalize at 130. This am, I tested my blood- it was 98. I felt a little strange, maybe low blood sugar and had a small amount of honey nut cherios and some cantalope. I felt better after about 30 min. All day today, my pupels are dialated and my eyesite is fuzzy. Is this all related?

Hello,

Your dilated pupils, blurred vision all due to hypoglycemia.
Blood sugar level goes down the above symptoms can.
Check your Insulin dose and adjust -consult your doctor.
