What Causes Discharge Of White Tissue During Passing Of Stools?

Noticed blood in stool and toilet last night, no pain but a little itching around anus. This afternoon, I though I was having a normal bowel movement however instead of a stool it was something more like white tissue of some sort with bloody streaks. A little later I had another bowel movement, this time the white tissue looking substance was attached to and stringing off of the stool.
