What Causes Discharge Of Yellow Liquid From Nose Post Sinus Surgery?

I had sinus surgery last Feb 2014. I ahd since then leaked fluids(yellowy an sometimes clearer) out my nose. Now I feel dizzy an headaches alot. I have read that cerebial fluid is always clear. But because I have alot of sinus infections can that cause the fluid to be colored? Im feeling bad and I already have other health issues too. Im feeling so confused an depressed.
