What Causes Discoloration Around The Area Of Pilonidal Cyst On Buttock?
I was diagnosed with a pilonidal cyst that s very deep under my butt cheek skin. I am seeing a surgeon not Tuesday to discuss surgery. Today I noticed that the top of where the lump is idlocated has turned purple but there is no lump above the skin so what does that mean?

This means that your pilonidal sinus is infected if it is painful..If not painful so it should be due to decrease in its size.
