What Causes Discoloration On Feet With History Of Small Cell Lung Cancer?

I have had a discoloration on both my feet for several months. It isn t painful usually. It s pinkish and splotchy on top of my foot and several toes appear bluish. I was tested about a year ago for diabetes and was normal. I do have a history of small cell lung cancer, treated in 2011. I get scans every year and so far no return of cancer.
