What Causes Discomfort And Tissue Growth Inside Nose After Suffering From Fracture?
Hi sir,I had an accident, that time one of my firend head hit on my nose. That time i had too much pain but after that its normal, then suddenly my nose bone increase in length..Now its normal but i feel that on of my nose hole stuck that i can t take proper breath and when i put my finger inside i feel little meat inside on my nose hole. Before 3-4 year i went to docter and asked he told me due to fracture my bones joint on wrong place. Please advise
It is likely that you have developed a deviated nasal septum, causing narrowing of one nostril.
I am not sure of the fleshy thing you are feeling inside, but that may be your nasal turbinates(normal tissue prominence seen on outer wall of nostril) that has hypertrophied a little. Without associated chronic discharge or bleeding, something significant is less likely.
Anyhow, it is better that you get it examined by an ENT specialist, as a nasal polyp also can have similar features.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
Dr. Muhammed Aslam TK
