Hi dr I have been gone under endoscopy urethrotomy and Catherized for 5 days but immediately after removal of Cather with in two days I masturbated twice , and it was not that comfortable and there was a little pain , will I suffer anything ahead due this

Hello,

You had discomfort and pain after masturbating as you should have given adequate time for the urethra and surrounding tissues to heal. Catheter causes irritation and inflammation, so you should not have masturbated immediately after catheter removal. Give time for the internal tissues to heal, any friction and pressure during the healing phase will cause pain and discomfort. You will not experience such problem again on masturbation after healing is complete.
