What Causes Discomfort In Abdomen/groin During Pregnancy?

I am 40 years old and am 7 weeks pregnant. I took Clomid to help with ovulation so there is a chance of being pregnant with twins. No nausea, just tender breasts and lower abdomin/groin discomfort. I really can't describe it. My groin area and upper thighs are so tired. Wondering if its just extra blood circulation.

Hello dear,I understand your concern.In my opinion the pain of upper thighs and groin is non specific and mostly it might be muscular pain.Take rest .Avoid physical strain.Take panadol for pain.Avoid tight clothing like tight jeans.
