What Causes Discomfort In Back And Stomach?

went to docters she she did a urine test and found white blood cells but no infection she wasnt bothered or concerned i am still getting a bit of discomfort in my back and tummy she said there was no infection do you know what else it could be is it anything to worry about

Hi,
Presence of white blood cells in urine indicates urinary tract infection.
Having presence of few WBC has no significance but it it is more, urinary tract infection is likely giving rise abdominal discomfort and backache.
You might require one course of antibiotic for 3-5 days.
Meanwhile take antispasmodic like Meftel spas or Cyclopam as needed.
Take plenty of water.
Ok and take care.
