What Causes Discomfort In The Chest And Upper Arm?

My wife has been having episodes of feeling like her upper arm and chest muscles are breathing heavy. She today was 3-4 episodes of this and when I checked at 4:45pm she had a pulse of 82 BP 170/91 Her BP is normally in the 130/65 zone. She denies any pain or tightness in chest or discomfort. Just feels weird/sped up. Thoughts?

Thanks for your question.
Usually cardiac chest pain come with tightness in the central chest, heavyness, sometime severe pain, then it can radiate to jaw, shoulder,arm, left hand, upper abdomen.

But , this picture always will not same.
Your wife having chest discomfort with pain in arm, pressure high must to exclude for any cardiac pain.
If this blood pressure last long she has to take medication for lowering blood pressure.

as soon possible ,go nearby health facility for evaluation.
