What Causes Dizziness After Practicing Yoga?

Hi- I'm a 45 yo female. 5'7, 145 lbs. I practice yoga regularly and hyperextended my neck in a pose. I felt dizzy to the point of blacking out and immediately stopped, but am still feeling dizzy/vertigo with movement the next day. Nauseous with too much movement. No muscle soreness or other neurological symptoms. Should the vertigo still be present almost 24 hrs later?
