What Causes Dizziness After Taking Vertin?

I am hypertensive on telmistran+metaprolol and have IBS related gas problem.I was prescribed virtin 16 by doctor to take care of vietigo.On taking this drug this morning I have feeling of dizziness and mild headache with weakness.What can be the possible cause and what to do.

Hello

To me, you should monitor your blood pressure, record the results for reference. I think they might spike up. If found high, should consult with your caring doctor to re-evaluate the current antihypertensive therapy and make appropriate changes.

Do monitor your blood sugar levels too.
Keep well hydrated. Have your meals regularly.

If nothing found, then spondyloarthrosis to rule out together with middle ear problems by orthopedic doctor and ENT specialist respectively.
