What Causes Dizziness Along With Excessive Sweating And Chills?

yesterday evening became extremely light headed and began a series of sweating and then cold periods...i thought my blood sugar had dropped...i was able to get some sugar and water and get to bed got some help later to get some actual food.....but it took me almost 4 hours to feel mostly recovered....i stayed in bed and mostly slept for an additional 13 hours then got up at 11:00 am feeling fine. I bagan reading the paper had 1 cigarette and 4 sips of caffiene and suddenly felt lightheaded and began sweating .....does this sound more like a high blood pressure situation or low blood sugar ??
