Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Dizziness in your case is because of dehydration caused by chronic vomiting. So, first find out the exact reason behind chronic vomiting.

Consult the surgeon to rule out esophageal causes as well as physician to rule out other systemic reasons. Till then, start ORS (Oral Rehydration Solution - WHO approved).

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Hiren Hirpara
