What Causes Dizziness And Breathing Difficulty While Suffering From Migraine?

I have had migraine headaches for years and take imitrex one hundred mg. In the last few years i wake up every morning with pain in nose and eyes that subsides with imitrex. In past few weeks have been feeling vague feeling of not enough air getting to lungs or minor feeling of breathing difficulty. Have had brief spells of dizziness random and unrelated to breathing. Migraines used to always be on right side of face and now seem to be centered and related to nasal passages. No major health concerns except gerd. is thi?s still migraines? I take imitrex almost every day.

hello welcome to healthcaremagic.
the symptoms you are describing fit better into the category of frontal headache/office headache.

casue being for it, sinusitis be it allergic or bacterial.

please get an NCCT frontal sinus, CBC, ESR done.

also please have a work up for migraine like EEG, MRI brain.

please follow up with your doctor who started your migraine treatment.

i hope this helps you.
please feel free to revert back in case of any doubts/concerns.
hope for your good health.
thank you.
