What Causes Dizziness And Disturbance In Head?
Shaky, a bit dizzy, and noise or sort of ringing in my head- It started about a week ago (my pressure, usually low 110-70 average to 150-90. i called the paramedics - they performed an EKG and took my vital signs and found nothing - just asked if I had been under stress lately - I have remained with the noise in my head and feel tired and dizzy- I am 56 years old (female) - I have an appointment with my doctor next wee.

As you mentioned that there is dizziness and ringing in your head , while BP is low ( according to you) and paramedics say that this is due to stress.
Dizziness is defined as sensation of faintness , lightheadedness or unsteadiness .
The dizziness may be due to these reasons, these includes.
1 Inner ear dizziness ( otologic or peripheral dizziness ) , diagnosis can be confirmed by consultation with an E N T specialist.
2 Neurological dizziness ( central dizziness ) . Diagnosis can be confirmed by M R I of brain and consultation with a neurologist.
3 Medical dizziness caused by certain medicine.
4 Psychogenic or undiagnosed dizziness .
In my opinion as all other tests are normal so consult an E N T specialist to sort out this problem.
