Hello,

Low blood pressure usually results because of inadequate nutrients in the food you take, dehydration, thyroid issues, low blood sugar, heart problems like bradycardia, valve problems, etc.

You can increase your blood pressure naturally by keeping yourself well hydrated, taking salty food & warm beverages, avoid alcohol & addictions if any.

You are suggested to get a thorough medical health check-up done & get treated if any pathology detected. Get examined by an ENT, to rule out vertigo or dizziness due to wax.

In the meantime, take homemade nutritious food along with adequate rest.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
