What Causes Dizziness And Lightheadedness With Severe Headaches?

My daughter has a form of vertigo, I am trying to find out more about it. It is a rare illness & not many Docters are familiar with it. She has trouble walking,is dizzy, lightheaded,forgetful, & has severe headaches. She says this illness is called mmd. I googled it,& it is not muscular dystrophy. Do you have information on this?

severe headaches associated with vertigo are symptoms of acute migraine. migraine is a form of headache, sudden onset and throbbing type, associated with vomiting and vertigo. drugs such as sumatriptan, ergoatamine can reduce further attacks
