Hi, I have gone through your question. Dizziness and low blood pressure are common in pregnancy because of the effect of progesterone hormone which is increased greatly in pregnancy. Your blood pressure reading of 107/82 is not low and it falls in normal range. You should not worry so much. I would suggest you to take plenty of fluids, do not abruptly stand or sit from a lying down position, as it further aggravates the hypotension and do consult an OBGYN specialist if you are not relieved by these measures.
