What Causes Dizziness And Nausea After Taking Emergency Contraceptive Pills?
Hi doctor 1.So i had unprotected sex with my boyfriend on the 5th march around 2am then took the first pill 12hours after the intercourse and the second one 17 hours after i took the first one. I m experiencing dizziness and nausea. Do you think i might be pregnant? 2. Since i took the first pill within 12hours and the second taken 17hours (was meant to take it 12 hours after the first one) .Will they still be effective?

It may be due to low blood pressure after taking hormonal pills.
As of now, drink plenty of water and take adequate rest.
If symptoms persist better to consult a physician and get evaluated.
